Offered exchange programs
Letter of Recommendation only for DAAD applications through the international students’ registry of the University of Stuttgart
Often, you need assessments from professors – so called Letters of Recommendation, usually in English – for the application for a place of study abroad. The international students’ registry says: The assessments should give information about your academic performance, your academic abilities and your personality. Therefore, it is recommendable to have a talk with the assessor beforehand.
The condition for getting an assessment is at least the grade 2,0 in the corresponding exam.
Please, send the following documents to the secretary for student affairs:
- Letter of motivation with information about your planned study project for which you need a letter of recommendation. Also, the kind and amount of copies (possibly with a form)
- Personal data sheet with picture, address and mail address
- A copy of your Bachelor certificate (if already existent) and a current transcript of your records
- A copy of your Abitur certificate
- Information about the application deadline of the exchange program you want to apply for
After the evaluation of your submitted documents, you will get invited to a chat in person.
